Confused in San Francisco

This is confusing, but it is also one of the Firm’s station, so it is no surprise.

KTVU (San Francisco) Meteorologist Roberta Gonzales posted that the Fox O&O has a new Met. In her post, she says that Bryan Gallo would be doing the weather forecast for the 4PM and 5PM newscasts, and then she would be doing the 6PM newscast.

Do you really need two different Mets to cover a few minutes in back to back newscasts?

It appears that along with doing weather for KTVU, Gallo also does weather for crosstown rival KGO and that has viewers confused.

This is the issue when stations use freelancers, the viewers get confused as to which station they are watching.
