WINK Loses Another Met

Less than a week after WINK fired popular Weatherman Matt Devitt, the station is losing another Met as well.

Meteorologist Nikki Sheaks posted on social media that she's leaving WINK News for a weather gig at Hearst-owned WPBF in West Palm Beach.

"I am so excited to finally get to announce that I’m coming home to South Florida! I am thrilled to be joining the WPBF 25 News weather team as their newest meteorologist! It’s always been the dream to get home and I am so thankful for the journey that finally got me here! My last show on WINK will be January 25."

I’m not sure she could have picked a better time to get out of WINK.
