Earlier this week, FTVLive told you that Newsmax was suing Fox News for being a monopoly. It was a weak case at best and the judge hearing the case dismissed it.
“Newsmax cannot sue their way out of their own competitive failures in the marketplace to chase headlines simply because they can’t attract viewers,” Fox said when the case was filed.
It lasted just two days before it was tossed out of court.
