Gray's duopoly KTVK/KPHO (Phoenix) is running an ad for their competitor Scripps KNXV.

The ad features Javier Soto, who previously worked at KTVK for many years and is now at the Scripps station.

I know Gray is all about making money, but this might be over the line.
