Forget the News, We Can't Afford it

As Nexstar continues to demand that their stations pinch every penny, it appears that no overtime is more important than news.

At Nexstar’s WFRV, a memo was sent out to the staff about overtime and getting it approved.

It appears that if you’re working a big story, but you might go over your 40 hours a week, tell management, so they can cut your hours.

Also, make sure you take an hour long break, or break it up into two half-hours.
