Name Change for MSNBC

Many of you may not remember that when MSNBC launched, the “MS” in MSNBC stood for Microsoft NBC.

Microsoft was a partner in the cable news start up, which was supposed to bring you unbiased news.

Microsoft divested its stake in the MSNBC 20 years ago.

Now, the left leaning network will be taking on a new name and it will lose the Peacock and NBC in its logo.

The network will be known as MS Now which stands for My Source News Opinion World.

I can’t see someone saying, “pass me the remote, or turn the channel to My Source News Opinion World.” It doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue.

Just saying…
