Why Mislead the Viewers?

For weeks KTNV, the Scripps station in Las Vegas has run promos for a sports show with the Saturday airtime of 11:30 PM (see above),

The the station’s Saturday newscasts run to 11:35 PM. The screenshot below is the station’s Saturday night newscast, showing the weather segment at 11:34PM

Why does KTNV purposely mislead the viewers of the airtime for the sports show? Is it that difficult for KTNV to run show time promos, for the sports show, with the correct time of 11:35 PM?
