Insiders at Sinclair’s WJLA in DC say that the on-air product is suffering.

A source tells FTVLive that Sinclair decided to start hubbing WJLA’s Master Control out of Chattanooga, TN.

They say it has not been a smooth transition. “Ads will run 14 times on repeat during local and national programming or the wrong programming will air all together. Audio, like today will cut out mid programming and all Tennessee will do is shrug their shoulders,” said one station insider.

But the concern doesn’t end there. “Now they're talking about automating the shows, which who knows how bad that'll be,” said the source.

If it saves money, then you know the Sinclair suits are good with it.
