Oviedo says that for the first time in her career, she has been laid off.

If you stick around TV news long enough, it feels like at some point, you’re going to lose your job. Sadly, these days, it is even more common.

I will say, many talented people have been bounced and most have landed in something better.

Oviedo has the right attitude and I feel like she is one of those that will land on her feet.
