KRIV’s Caroline Collins (Houston) is covering her first story ever outside of her station’s viewing area.

Of course she is posting to TikTok and I guess she’s trying to make the flooding story into a thriller movie.

What’s up with the dramatic music. Any Photographer would tell you, in news, you let the nat sound help tell the story.

Then again, Collins has spent little time actually covering news.
