The job posting says, in part, “TEGNA is building a forward-thinking content leadership team to drive innovation and excellence across our local news stations. As part of this effort, we are hiring multiple (or ‘a team of’) VP, Regional Content Directors who will each lead the execution of a comprehensive, multi-platform content strategy across a defined region.

These leaders will be responsible for overseeing editorial and content execution across multiple TEGNA stations in the region, especially during breaking news and weather events. They will work closely with station teams to ensure content is delivered quickly and accurately while maintaining the highest standards of quality and strategic alignment.”

The pay range is between $200,000 to $400,000 dollars.
