It's Epic...
/In what could be described as synergy, or shillergy, NBC and parent company Comcast is going all in on their new Orlando theme park, Epic Universe.
The Today Show was broadcast from Epic Universe on Wednesday and the park officially opens to visitors this morning.
I was able to go to Epic Universe 3 times during the passholder previews and I can say it is really well done.
It is much different than Disney and while it is not packed with rides, the ones that are there are top notch.
The Monsters ride in Dark Universe is the best ride I have ever been on.
Should you and your family go?
I say yes, but if it was me paying out that money, I think I would wait until 2026 before I went. First off, it will be packed. Second, during the previews many of the new high-tech rides were down quite often. It will take Universal some time to get the rides running smoothly.
So my advice is to wait a bit, let them get it worked out and then book your trip.
I think you will enjoy your visit.
Disclosure: This is not an endorsement and all my trips to Epic Universe were paid for, in full, by me.
