For decades CBS News has always been at the back of the ratings race, but now it is no longer worth watching at all.

While CBS News has struggled in the ratings, their one bright spot was 60 Minutes. It was a news magazine that did it right and the ratings for the show proved that.

But now, CBS News and 60 Minutes have been compromised by their corporate owner Paramount.

Paramount has stepped into the editorial process of CBS News and that makes it not worth watching. The company is willing to bow at the feet of Donald Trump all in an effort to get Trump to sign off on the sale of Paramount to Skydance.

The idea that Paramount is willing to flush the entire company, just to line their pockets with cash is sad.

It also has ruined the reputation of CBS News, possibly for years an decades to come.

Is that worth it?
