Ignorance of the Law

WJAR (Providence) Meteorologist Nick Russo did not know that you can’t park backwards on the street. I think this was a question on my permit test when I was 16 years old.

Anyway, for some reason Russo did not know this, he got a ticket, so of course he posted about it.

When people called him out, he got a bit defensive and tried to explain his ignorance of the law.
