Sinclair’s news boss, Scott Livingston sent out an email to the staff about a new hire they company made.

Valeria Riccioli will be Sinclair’s Director of Content for The National News Desk.

Hi Team,

I have exciting news to share, Valeria Riccioli will be joining our team as Director of Content for The National News Desk. She is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving audience growth and engagement across multiple platforms. I’m impressed with her energy and passion for producing unique content that resonates with target audiences.

Valeria has nearly two decades of experience in national news. She previously served as Vice President of Talent at Newsmax, where she oversaw the management and development of the network’s on-air personalities. She started her career as a production assistant at FOX News and spent more than 15 years growing her career to become an Executive Producer for multiple shows. She played a key role in developing news programming and leading special coverage for major events, including the 2016 and 2020 U.S. Presidential Elections.

Her deep experience in news strategy, content development, and high-profile event coverage make her the ideal choice to lead The National News Desk into its next phase of growth. She will join us on March 31st.
