Gray’s KKTV (Colorado Springs) won a few awards and the station posted about it on social media.

KKTV General Manager Jacquelyn Harms has only been at the station for a few months, also took to social media this this post that did not go ver very well with some news staffers.

“It is such pathetically bad form for her to take credit from the News Director who was there more than a year before she got there,” said a station insider, “The humble brag and stealing credit publicly from a subordinate is mind numbing and violates one of the primary pillars of being a true leader.”

You would have thought that the GM would have given some props to the news management team as well, but she did not.

“The morale at that station is horrible,” said a new staffer to FTVLive.
