Cox’s Action News Jax (Jacksonville) also credited WFTV with the story of 5 dead and 4 injured.

When I checked NBC News live updates an around 3:20PM on Thursday, they said one person dead with at least 6 injured.

So, where was WFTV getting the info that 5 people were dead?

Later, WFTV pulled the page with the story that 5 people were dead.

Needless to say, viewers weren’t happy.
