The Boss Makes Less at Tegna

Tegna’s KING (Seattle) has two job openings right now. One is for a Multi-Skilled Journalist (MSJ) and the other is for an Executive Producer.

The EP’s job is often to mentor the MSJs and help train and guide them.

So, my question to Tegna, is why are you offering the EP job at $7+ less an hour than that of the MSJ?
