Another Nexstar Hire at News Nation

While Nexstar is making cuts at many of their local stations, they continue to hire at the badly struggling News Nation.

The cable channel as signed on Political Journalist Chris Cillizza - who (until December 2022) was on-air for CNN has signed on w/NewsNation as a contributor.

Prior to that - he had the misfortune of joining Scripps News as a contributor in early September of 2024 - just before the company announced their intention to blow up the channel at the end of that month - leading to 100's of layoffs two months later.

Here’s hoping that News Nation doesn’t go under after signing Cillizza.
