The construction has started on WSVN’s (Miami) new studio in Miramar, Florida.

WSVN will be moving from their location located in North Bay Village, which is an island located between Miami and Miami Beach.

When I worked at WSVN, I was on the top floor of an apartment building, directly across the street from WSVN. I had an awesome view of the Miami skyline across the water and my commute to work was just hopping on an elevator down to the first floor and crossing the street.

I would hate to see how much that place with that view rents for these days, but back then, it wasn’t a bad deal.
