We Almost Made it to the Big Time....Almost

FTVLive is contacted often by the late night TV shows asking us for information on stories. We had a very good relationship with Conan O’Brien’s show when it was on the air.

There is often a lot of back and forth and sometimes they use our information and sometimes not. To be honest, I never really thought much about it.

But, a Producer at WPLG in Miami came close to getting a clip of a story she worked on, as part of John Oliver’s HBO show Last Week Tonight.

The piece never made air, but the Producer still booked as a win, because her news story was almost on a comedy show.

How times have changed.
