It seems to be the time of year when TV people are getting arrested.

Police busted WDSU Meteorologist Devon Lucie on Sunday, after being called to his home after reports of a physical altercation between him and his girlfriend overnight Saturday into early Sunday morning.

Cops say both parties showed signs of injuries when a deputy arrived.

Making it even worse. police says that the altercation happened while his girlfriend's children were inside the home.

Lucie was arrested and booked in the Jefferson Parish jail early Sunday morning on charges of domestic abuse with child endangerment and refusing to give deputies his name and birthday.

The station, who did report the story, says that Lucie has been placed on leave pending the investigation.
