Swing and a Miss in Philly

ABC is in a pissing match with YouTube TV over retransmission fees.

So, WPVI, the ABC O&O in Philly is running crawls about the retrans fight and labeling it “Breaking News.”

But, a pedestrian was killed in a crash, and WPVI labeled that a “Programing Note”.

Isn’t this a bit backwards?
