/I saw this post from Gray Media Recruiter Jennifer Dale. Some thoughts on the backside.
I think Dale should be directing her concerns more in a different direction.
Maybe ask yourself, why are people looking to get out and why are they willing to write a check to do so?
Maybe Gray should look a bit deeper into that issue. Maybe ask yourself, despite the employee being paid low, why are they still willing to shell out their hard earned money, just to leave your company?
“Maybe people wouldn’t break contracts if Gray treated employees better..How’s that for a thought Jennifer Dale VP of recruiting?” said one Gray employee to FTVLive.
Can’t say I disagree.
Maybe Dale should do a deep dive into why Gray employees want out and not blame them for wanting to do so.
