Baltimore News Crew Attacked on Live Shot

As the current administration continues to paint a target on the back of journalists, it is getting more dangerous for news crews to do their job.

A news crew from CBS O&O WJZ was setting up for a story on Friday night. An individual attempted to intervene with the live hit, and as the photographer stepped in, he was punched in the face.

Sources say that the photographer sustained a facial laceration but is otherwise okay. The female reporter also involved in the live shot was not injured.
