Signed Off in B-More

WBAL Meteorologist Chelsea Ingram made a tearful goodbye to viewers as she signed off from the Hearst station.

Ingram told viewers she was is leaving due to her husband's military assignment. She said that he was leaving the Charm City to move with her spouse and support him.
