Burning the Tegna, Scripps Bridge

FTVLive told you back in August of 2023 that WFOR (Miami) had parted ways with Assistant News Director Andrew Gillfillan.

Gillfillan has been looking for a new job in TV news, and apparently, it’s not going very well. Gillfillan posted this to his LinkedIn page and called out Tegna and Scripps by name.

I’m not sure I would want to work at a Scripps, or Tegna station, but I’m not sure that publically calling them out while looking for work is the best idea.

But hey, that’s just me….
