Depositions Being Taken in Former Atlanta Anchor's Lawsuit

Sources tell FTVLive that depositions are in the process of being taken in the lawsuit by former WGCL (now WANF) Atlanta Anchor Mike Dunston.

FTVLive told you back in April of 2021 that Dunston was suing the station for race, sex, age discrimination, retaliation, defamation, and breach of contract.

WGCL was owned by Meredith at the time and is now owned by Gray. When Gray purchased the station, that assumed all legal liabilities.

That means if Dunston wins the case, the money paid out will come from Gray.

Sources tell FTVLive that a number of Dunston’s former co-workers, along with managers, have been giving depositions.
