Insiders tell FTVLive that as WDBJ Meteorologist Christian Johansen was wrapping up his shift on Sunday, the station posted a quick blurb that he was done at the Gray station.

An insider said that the station posted the message as Johansen was doing the Weather Talk live segment on Facebook.

“He seemed distracted throughout the segment, but then a viewer emailed him about it. And the feelings he really had started To come out,” the source said.

As of now, his bio is still posted on the station’s website.
