Scripps Swings the Ax

Sources tell FTVLive that a second round of cuts happened on Thursday and Scripps WFTX (Ft. Myers).

Word is the station cut a number of Photographers and Producers. Some editors also caught the blade along with some of the assignment desk.

Over at KOAA in Colorado Springs, we heard cuts started there. So far we have only heard of a cut in production.

FTVLive is also hearing about newsroom cuts at WSYM in Lansing.
