The Firm's New ND

FTVLive FIRST told you that KTTV in LA would announce that current KGTV (San Diego) News Director Bobbi Gearhart would be the station’s news boss.

Here is the internal memo sent to the staff at KTTV from GM Steve Carlston:

I'm thrilled to announce that Bobbi Gearhart will be joining FOX11 as our News Director starting in early June.

Bobbi is a fantastic news leader who is currently the News Director at KGTV is San Diego. Bobbi and I worked together for over 8 years here in LA. She was an executive producer as well as a managing editor in LA prior to heading to San Diego.  Bobbi also has a Fox history, she worked at KTVU from 2006-2013.

 Bobbi is a strong and driven leader with a great eye for content development and creating a great culture for our team to thrive.
