In KUSI's (San Diego) and owner McKinnon Broadcasting’s nasty fight against its former main anchor, Sandra Maas, KUSI attorneys fought tooth and nail to keep evidence of possible racist behavior out of the courtroom.
KUSI attorneys argued that Maas' case isn't about racial discrimination or sexual harassment, so any evidence and testimony about those things should not be allowed.
