Gone in Jackson?

Back in October, FTVLive told you how WLBT (Jackson, Mississippi) Anchor Barbie Bassett was under fire for a comment she made to a Reporter.

Bassett said to the Black Reporter, “I know your mother or your GRANDMAMMY has got….”

It didn’t take long for the blowback, and Bassett apologized the next day.

Well, it appears now that Bassett is gone from the Gray station. Her bio is off the station website, and her last post to Twitter was on March 8th.

No word on the reason for her exit.
