Buyouts Go Down at CBS O&O's

In an effort to save money, CBS O&O’s have forced offered buyouts to a number of longtime employees.

Sources tell FTVLive that around 17 people at WCBS (New York) were sent on their way.

We have heard other CBS O&O’s have done the same.

In Los Angelas, KCBS got rid of 23 employees.

The company says they will fill 16 of those 23 jobs. But you can bet that all those jobs will be filled by someone making a lot less money.

Also, even when you’re being pushed out the door, they still serve cake.
