From Nexstar to Tegna

Not many would call Brian Gregory’s reign as News Director of KDVR/KWGN a success, especially many of those who worked for him.

Despite the missteps in the Mile High City, Tegna has decided to hire Gregory as a General Manager.

Starting next week, Gregory will be the GM of Tegna’s WVEC (Norfolk).

“Our long, six-year-plus national nightmare is over here in Denver. This flaming asshole douchebag is finally gone. Christmas has come early this year,” said one KDVR employee to FTVLive.

The fact that Tegna hired him comes as no surprise.

Come on….It’s Tegna.
