Who will be the first KTUL AE to get that evil "cancel notice" from a big-money car dealer, furniture store, or agency? Want to see a pissed-off employee? I wonder if Sinclair suits will give a shit then?

Sinclair already started hacking away at local news in Ohio. Earlier this year (April) they whacked local news at WNWO in Toledo for their goofy "The National Desk" pseudo-news offering. If they don't have the heart to run these stations they way they should be, Sinclair should sell them off and get out of broadcasting entirely.

Sales teams are going to have a terrible time selling time on these stations. Local advertisers want local news. It won't be long before Sinclair stations are filling time with direct response spots and promos for the newscast that has nothing to do with their markets.

I have just a few weeks left working at a Sinclair station. It has been the worst two years of my life.

Most of my co-workers are looking to get out and all of us have said we will never work for Sinclair again.

If anyone is thinking about taking a job with this company, I implore you not to do so.

It is worse than you would ever believe.
