CNN is once again blowing up its low-rated morning show and starting over with new hosts.

This has happened so many times, that to be honest, I have lost count.

Don Lemon is getting demoted out of his prime-time slot on CNN, but the good news is he gets to keep his job.

Joining Lemon on the morning show will be Poppy Harlow and Kaitlan Collins.

CNN once again says that the new morning show, which will debut later this year, will have a news program “fresh new name, new format, and new set.”

CNN has retooled the morning news program so often that they could use all the parts left over from the old sets to build a new one.

“There is no stronger combination of talent than Don, Poppy and Kaitlan to deliver on our promise of a game-changing morning news program,” said CNN boss Chris Licht.

That might be a bit of a stretch.

There is an interesting angle to this cast of talent. Back in 2018, Collins found herself apologizing for some tweets she made back in 2011 in which she used the word ”fag” and said that she didn’t know if she wanted to room with a lesbian.
