News Director Change in Kentucky

It appears that after 4 1/2 years, Sara Rae Howard is out as the News Director at WTVQ in Lexington.
We haven’t heard as to a reason for the change, but it always raises eyebrows when it happens in the middle of a rating book.
Howard had been the ND for the past 4 1/2 years and spent 8+ years as the Assignment Manager before making the move to the ND office.
We checked Howard's Twitter to see if she mentioned anything about her exit. but she last posted back in Sept of 2021 and it was a retweet.
You have to love the fact that News Directors are telling their staff to post and engage on social media, and yet they don’t post anything for months on end.
