/WLNE (Providence) Anchor Tiffany Murphy says that she can no longer be silent.
Murphy says that Doctors will not book an appointment for her, because she is not vaccinated against COVID.
She took to her Instagram and posted a video to complain or maybe it is an audition reel for her to get hired by NewsMax.
Her complaint was the fact that the doctor’s office wanted her to quarantine before coming to the office, due to the fact that she is not vaccinated and had recently traveled.
Murphy admits that she is healthy and this trip to the doctor was for a yearly check up. So, this was not a situation where she needed medical attention ASAP.
She was not happy about what the doctor’s office told. She then pointed out that in her trips to doctor’s offices in the past, she was never asked if you had an S-T-D or if she had AIDS, but here is the doctor asking if she is vaccinated.
Well, Tiffany, let me explain something to you. Walking into a doctor’s office with an S-T-D or AIDS is not going to put the other people sitting in or working in the office at risk unless you planning on having sex with them.
If you had COVID at the time you went to the doctor, I’m sure that they would have treated you. But, you were going to the office for a check-up. Asking that you take precautions before going into a place where people are is the prudent thing for a doctor to do.
While you are clearly only concerned for yourself, the doctor has many patients that they are trying to keep healthy.
It appears that Murphy is anti-vax and she is using her social media to help spread the message. Including this post to Facebook in which she thinks not many will see it, due to the fact it will be “shadow-banned”, a favorite phrase of the right-wing.
Well, I can assure you, Tiffany Murphy, thousands of people will see it here on FTVLive and it will not be “shadow-banned.”
If it were up to me, you would be banned from reporting on TV news, due to the fact that you clearly are not objective.
But hey….that’s just me.
