WMC lost News Director Greg Phillips back in December of last year.

Phillips moved inside the Gray Television food chain and became the Executive Producer of Investigations at Gray Television.

Now, it appears that WMC is finally getting around to replacing Phillips’ ND job.

We hear that WLBT (Jackson, Miss.) News Director Mark Little is headed to Memphis to be the new news boss.

Little has been in Jackson for nearly 4 years as the station’s ND. Before that, he was the News Director at WIC in Columbia, SC.
