Fox Looks to Buy TMZ

CNN’s owner, AT&T is looking to sell off TMZ and it appears that Fox might be looking to buy it.

The Information reports that this latest move by WarnerMedia to slim down its collection of businesses. On Monday, for example, Sony completed its acquisition of WarnerMedia’s Crunchyroll animation business.

TMZ’s syndicated gossip show “TMZ On TV “airs on Fox stations.

AT&T is also in the process of selling WarnerMedia to Discovery.
