Fox owned KMSP announced that News Director Marian Davey is moving to the GM office.

“Mim has done a stellar job in leading the KMSP-Fox 9 news team for the past eight years. Her past success and understanding of the market, coupled with her local news expertise and results-driven attitude, make her the natural choice to lead our Minneapolis duopolies,” said Fox TV head Jack Abernethy.

Davey has been with the station for two decades and has been News Director since 2013.

Always nice to see an ND get the GM job and not some dweeb from sales.
