Yesterday, FTVLive told you how WKRN (Nashville) Meteorologist Meaghan Thomas posted a picture of her hearing aids as an example to others that might have something “different” about them.

Well, the feel-good stories coming out of Nexstar’s Nashville station do not end there.

WKRN Morning Anchor Nikki Burdine wrote a children’s book that is based on the life of her rescue dog “Grunt”.

She is donating a portion of sales to a local Nashville animal shelter to help other rescues.

Good for her!
