The late newscast at KGET (Bakersfield) went dark when a fire broke out right outside the station’s studio.

The Nexstar station briefly reported on the car fire during their 11 PM newscast, the Anchor then informed viewers that they were being told to evacuate the studio and that the newscast would not be back.

Police have arrested a woman that they believe started the fire and also placed a number of large wooden crosses on the station’s property. Station employees described 13 wooden crosses about 5 to 7 feet tall outside the gates. Two of them were draped with what appeared to be wedding dresses, a third with a man’s suit jacket.

Nope….that’s not creepy at all.

Here is KGET’s report on the incident.
