Kari Lake "Resigns" From Fox O&O

Yesterday in a Patron Only story, FTVLive reported FIRST and EXCLUSIVELY that KSAZ Anchor Kari Lake was spotted walking around the CPAC convention in Orlando.

Lake was sporting a press pass but was not seen in the press areas.

Our spies caught her on the floor, talking to other convention-goers while wearing a mask improperly. Here is that exclusive video.

Lake has been missing from the Fox O&O’s air for weeks and said she posted that she was out on “health leave” and would be soon returning to the station.

Although she had yet to return to the Phoenix station, she seemed to be well enough to travel (during a pandemic) to Florida and walk around the floor on the conservative convention.

In our Patron ONLY story, we asked if Lake went on her own to the right-wing convention or did the station send her? She had a press pass, but it appeared that she did not file any reports for KSAZ.

After we posted the story, Kari Lake “Resigned” from the station.

Lake went on the conservative social media site Rumble said in a video that "Journalism has changed a lot since I first stepped into a newsroom...I don’t like the direction it is going.”

She said, “for the past few years, she hasn’t been proud to be a member of the media, adding “.I’m sure there are other journalists out there who feel the same way."

She said that she no longer wants to do the job and says she is leaving the station.

Sources inside the station say that they were blindsided by the FTVLive story that showed Lake at the conservative convention. Sources tell FTVLive that bosses were on the phone trying to get in contact with Lake after the story was posted.

Then the video was posted by Lake saying that she is done at KSAZ.

I can tell you, the story you posted about her at CPAC led to all this,” said a Fox Television insider top FTVLive.

She had been at the station for over 20 years.
