No. 4 Worst TV Station to Work For

We kick off the worst list with a station that has been featured on FTVLive often.

Nexstar’s KDVR/KWGN appears to have taken root on this list.

FTVLive often hears from staffers at the Denver station and their complaints are numerous.

Many feel that managers play favorites and if you are not sucking up to the boss, you are on the outside looking in.

“It should be about the job you do and not how much you kiss ass,” said one station employee to FTVLive.

The station has lost a number of good people over the years and insiders say those jobs are often being filled by inexperienced people that are nearly ready enough for a market the size of Denver.
