Yesterday, FTVLive posted our list of the Best and Worst stations to work at right now.

KCPQ in Seattle got the distinction of being placed at the top of our worst list. You can read about that right here.

Well, in an effort to lift employees’ morale, starting today, the station is launching “Spirit Wednesdays.

According to the internal memo obtained by FTVLive, Today is the day to show your co-workers what is your favorite movie. “Just be ready to share your recs!” according to the memo.

“We’ve asked for more money, more appreciation, more resources… and we get no help. But they try this to make up for it with this,” said one station insider to FTVLive.

But don’t worry, Next Wednesday is “Pajama jam” at KCPQ and that means staffers will get to come to work in their sleep attire.

I just hope that no one on staff sleeps in the nude.
