Which station group is about to be handed a lawsuit in which employees are claiming that one of the group’s stations is treating the staff unfairly?

Staffers are claiming that employees with underlying health conditions and other health concerns being bullied to work in the newsroom as the COVID pandemic rises in the state.

They claim this is happening while many of the managers are working from home.
