Nexstar Files Motion to Toss Lawsuit

Former WTNH ( New Haven) Producer Micah Bailey filed a lawsuit against WTNH owner Nexstar after he was fired for what the station said was inappropriate physical contact with female employees.

Bailey claims that his interactions with the employees “consensual” and is suing for wrongful termination.

Nexstar is now trying to get the lawsuit tossed. The judge agreed to toss a portion of the suit, but let parts of it stand.
