Danny Is Done

Four days ago, FTVLive FIRST told you that Tegna’s Fox West Texas stations KIDY/KXVA General Manager Danny Aguilar posted this to his social media.

FTVLive asked, is Tegna (the station’s owner) OK with their GM posting political statements like that.

Well, we’re guessing the answer is no, because not long after we posted the story, the staff at Tegna’s Fox West Texas were told that Danny Aguilar is done at the station.

The staff was told in a Zoom called from Tegna manager Bruce Cummings that Danny is done.
